The beauty of meditation is that it can fit in with anyone's lifestyle. It is great if you can do 30 minutes per day however even 15 mins is beneficial. Try spending one minute several times during the day to check in with your body "how is it feeling" and become aware of your breathing during that moment.
There are many varieties of meditation to suit most everyone. Classes and workshops with Universal Spirit teach a variety of practices including breathing, body scan, visualisations etc. We also have themes that run for some weeks including The Chakras, The Senses, and Zen.
We run weekly day classes for those who work part time or work from or at home. Saturday workshops are designed for those who are unable to get to a weekly class and provides tools to assist you to meditate for the rest of your life. Ideal for commuters and other busy people.
